Room prices

All prices are per room and per night, occupation 1-2 guests, double bed or twin beds. An extra bed for a third or fourth guest can be requested. Additional charges apply. Subject to availability.
Our prices include taxes. (If apply)
Our prices also include: Breakfast, cleaning, cable tv, Wifi, safe deposit box, mini fridge, use of the common areas and the pool.
Our prices do NOT include: Any transportation, any additional services or consumptions, mini bar, laundry service.

STANDARD RATE PLAN
- In order to validate the usability of your credit card a $1 charge will be processed immediately after booking.
- The total amount will be charged upon arrival to the hotel in cash or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
- The cardholder must be on the guest list in order to guarantee the reservation. Any fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE PLAN
- The total amount (non-refundable) will be charged to your credit card immediately after booking. We accept visa and Mastercard
- The cardholder must be on the guest list in order to guarantee the reservation. Any fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported.

STANDARD RATE PLAN
- The guest can cancel free of charges until 10:00am on the day before arrival (local time). For any later cancellation or no-show, 100% cancellation fee applies.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE PLAN
- No refunds apply in case of cancellation or no-show. Date changes are not allowed.

Check-out until 10:00AM.
Check-in starting from 1:00PM. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival.

Children between 0 and 2 years old can be accommodated in their parents’ room without additional cost. Baby crib subject to availability.
Children of 3 years and older will need to be accommodated in an individual bed. Charges for an additional bed apply.
